1. General Provisions
1.1. This document is an official proposal (Public Offer) by the sole proprietor Ratiy Alina Oleksandrivna, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, to conclude a contract of sale of goods with any individual – user of the website https://aia-muse.com/, hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”.
1.2. In accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this document is a Public Offer, and its acceptance (order confirmation on the website) signifies the conclusion of a contract between the Seller and the Buyer on the terms set forth below.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this offer without prior notice. The current version is always available on the website https://aia-muse.com/.
2. Terms and Definitions
Goods – clothing and accessories under the AIA trademark, presented on the website https://aia-muse.com/.
Order – a duly executed request by the Buyer for the purchase of the Goods via the website, phone, or messengers.
Seller – sole proprietor Ratiy Alina Oleksandrivna; IBAN: UA143052990000026008015050200; RNOCPP/IHN: 3417916201; MFO: 305299.
Buyer – any individual who has accepted the terms of this offer and placed an order.
3. Subject of the Contract
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer.
3.2. The characteristics, price, and availability of the Goods are determined by the information posted on the website at the time of placing the Order.
4. Placing an Order
4.1. Orders are accepted via the website https://aia-muse.com/, messengers, or by phone.
4.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides reliable data: full name, delivery address, contact phone number, e-mail.
4.3. The Order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Seller (e-mail, phone call, or messenger notification).
5. Price and Payment Procedure
5.1. Prices are indicated on the website in UAH (Hryvnia) and include all taxes and fees, unless otherwise specified.
5.2. Payment is made by:
- online (bank card via payment systems (LiqPay));
- cash on delivery (according to the postal operator's terms). 5.3. The Order is considered paid from the moment the funds are credited to the Seller's account or cash on delivery is confirmed.
6. Delivery and Transfer of Goods
6.1. Delivery is carried out by delivery services (Nova Poshta, DHL, etc.) or by another method upon agreement.
6.2. The cost of delivery is paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified on the website or in a promotion.
6.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of transfer from the Seller to the carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
7.2. The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the Goods have not been used and their marketable condition and packaging have been preserved.
7.3. Return of Goods of improper quality is carried out at the Seller's expense.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Seller is obliged to:
- provide reliable information about the Goods;
- transfer the Goods that correspond to the order.
The Buyer is obliged to:
- provide reliable data;
-accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms.
9. Liability of the Parties
9.1. The Parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
9.2. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of postal operators.
9.3. A difference in the shade of the Goods from the photo on the website due to screen settings is not considered a defect.
10. Confidentiality and Personal Data
10.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data exclusively for the performance of this contract.
10.2. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website https://aia-muse.com/.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. The Parties are released from liability in the event of circumstances of insurmountable force (war, blockade, natural disasters, etc.) that directly affect the performance of obligations.
12. Term of the Offer
12.1. The Offer is valid indefinitely as long as it is posted on the website.
12.2. The Contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the offer (places an order).
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
13.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
