Refund policy

The return and exchange of goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a good quality item within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided that:

- the goods have not been used;

- their marketable condition, packaging, labels, and seals are preserved.

The following items are not subject to return or exchange: underwear, swimwear, hosiery, and other goods from the List approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994.

To arrange a return, you must contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the website and send the item to the specified address.

The Buyer pays the shipping cost for the return or exchange of good quality items. If the return is due to improper quality or a manufacturing defect, the Seller compensates the costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the moment the returned item is received and inspected.

In case of a defect, the Buyer has the right to:

- exchange the goods for an identical one, or

- a refund of the full order value.
