Delivery and Returns
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta service.
The delivery time is, on average, 1–5 business days, depending on the region.
International delivery is carried out by courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or others) and takes from 7 to 21 days.
Shipping costs are determined according to the carrier's rates and are paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms or on the website.
Orders are shipped after payment confirmation (except for cash-on-delivery cases).
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping companies or in the event of force majeure.
